Wrap, Sandwich, or Over Rice? How Do You Like Your Beef Döner?
Cooked with the same care over the same oak fire, our beef döner comes to your table in a very different experience depending on whether it's in a wrap, in bread, over lavash, or over rice. Which one is for you?
Every beef döner on our menu is cooked over the same oak fire, with the same care — the real difference lies in how it's served. Looking for a quick, practical lunch break, or would you rather sit down at the table and enjoy your meal at leisure? Here's a short guide.
The Beef Döner Wrap is rolled in thin lavash bread with tomato, french fries, hot pepper and pickled cucumber — the most practical option, easy to eat even on the go. The Sandwich and Tombik Bread Beef Döner are served with the same ingredients in daily fresh bread — ideal for those looking for something more filling, with more of a 'street food' feel.
In the Beef Döner over Lavash, the lavash isn't rolled like a wrap but laid on the plate beneath the döner slices — served with french fries and salad, meant to be eaten with a knife and fork while seated at the table. If you have time and want a real sit-down meal, we recommend the Beef Döner over Rice: juicy döner slices and french fries served over buttered rice pilaf.
Whichever you choose, what lies beneath is the same: the same high-quality döner, patiently cooked over oak wood, made from a blend of 65% beef and 35% lamb.
